Great for T's , sweatshirts, anything you can Iron on 

 TEMP: 330 degrees Fahrenheit

PRESSURE: Med/ Heavy

Time: 15-20  seconds

 Cover with parchment paper or teflon sheet and use medium-heavy pressure for 15 seconds. Turn garment inside out and press underneath the patch for an additional 15 seconds to ensure great adhesion.
